Established in 1984, we the largest independent retailer of natural, organic, ethical and fair trade health foods and wholefoods in the region. We have an extensive range of gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free products. Our chilled and frozen displays include many exciting and unusual lines. We stock a huge range of the highest quality vitamins, supplements, herbal, homeopathic and complementary remedies. Our staff are experienced and fully trained to give help and advice. We have installed the computer-based Healthnotes advice system for the use of our customers.
Unique to us is our delicious range of cakes, flapjacks, salads, sandwiches and savoury products all freshly made in our kitchens above our shop. Our soup, made daily with vegetables fresh from the Indoor Market, is the best in town!
