By Road
The excellent North East's fast road network is enhanced by the lack of major traffic congestion. Motorway standard routes allow quick and stress-free travel. Parking informtion can be obtained from the Council's website, including disabled parking provision.

The A1(M) provides easy access to Edinburgh and London and also links with the M62 for easy access from the West. The A66 offers connections to Tees Valley and the M6 to the North West.

By Rail
